 If you're a dedicated code-of-ethics Rottweiler breeder that has health, temperament, & conformation tested (all health & registration numbers must be clearly displayed on each male's page / pedigree) males of merit, you participate in conformation / working dog sports, and have occasional stud services only for the betterment of the breed, you may apply.
