Thisis dedicated to research on developmental disability, and on ways to enhance the lives of persons who have developmental disabilities, their families, and those who care for them. Sites describing social, psychological, medical, educational, and therapeutic research pertaining to developmental disabilities are invited.
For example: UAB Civitan International Research Center - The Civitan Research Center is involved with a broad range of interdisciplinary research and education missions including: developmental disabilities, mental retardation, early education and child care, and brain research. It is a federally designated research center for DD and MR, and is Alabama's University Affiliated program. Visitors to the site will find many sub-sites and links of interest. | |
